Transparency

LIBYTEC Pharmaceutical S.A., strictly complying with national legislation (Law 4316/2014, Article 66, paragraph 7a, as published in Government Gazette A 270/24.12.2014), publishes on this website its benefits to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Scientific Healthcare Institutions (SHIs) for the calendar year 2018. The aim of the disclosure is to enhance transparency in the relations of the pharmaceutical companies with HCPs and SHIs, as well as to defend patients’ right to know the relationship of pharmaceutical companies with the scientific community.

We explicitly note that this disclosure was made after the publication of the Opinions of the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data with numbers 5/2016 and 2/2017, dated 29.06.2016 and 13.04.2017, respectively, the contents of which were taken into consideration. We reserve the right to update the disclosure of the aforementioned benefits if a newer regulatory directive or provision is issued.
